King Law’s Support of Clients In Mass Torts
Mr. King saw a lack of legal options for some people who have been harmed by products, services, catastrophes, and pharmaceutical drugs. This area of law is often referred to as mass torts. Upstate New York does not have a traditional mass tort firm.
Over the past decade, the King Law Firm has seen an increase in interest of clients seeking a lawyer for these types of cases. Due to this, King Law has expanded its presence in mass torts in order to represent clients who are facing injuries due to corporate negligence and who prefer a smaller, more personal approach despite the size of the cases. Mr. King was appointed by Patti B. Saris (U.S. District Judge) to help lead the Covidien Hernia Mesh litigation.
