Client files are typically retained for a minimum period following the conclusion of the matter, after which they may be securely destroyed in accordance with our policies and applicable ethical obligations. We will notify former clients before destroying their files when required to do so by applicable rules or when the files may reasonably be expected to be of continuing value to the client.
