Brett Vaughn is a litigation partner and one of the founding partners of Nigh Goldenberg Raso & Vaughn. He was raised in the little town of Mount Vernon, MO. In 2010 Brett graduated with honors from Missouri Southern State University and earned a B.S. in nursing. After completing his undergraduate degree, Brett began his career as a registered nurse at St. Johns Mercy Hospital in Joplin, MO. After a natural disaster hit the hospital, Brett supported the community and changed the course of his profession. In 2011, he enrolled at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law for his legal studies. After graduating law school, Brett quickly rose to the position of lead litigation lawyer at a mass tort law firm. In 2023, he co-founded Nigh Goldenberg Raso & Vaughn, a law firm.
